Service introduction

As your birth postpartum doula, I provide hands on support and guidance during labor and the first weeks after your baby arrives. My goal is to help you feel confident, rested, and supported while adjusting to life with your newborn. I assist with newborn care, including soothing, diapering, bathing, and safe sleep guidance, and I provide practical tips for feeding whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or pumping. I also offer emotional support and encouragement for parents, helping you navigate the highs and lows of the postpartum period. In addition, I can assist with light household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and organization, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and taking care of yourself. I am CPR-certified and a CCMA, ensuring your baby’s safety while providing professional, compassionate care.
