Hello I am Harmyne !❤️ I’m a compassionate postpartum doula dedicated to supporting families as they navigate the beautiful and sometimes challenging early days of parenthood. I provide hands on newborn care guidance, emotional support, and light household help, so parents can rest, bond, and feel confident in their new life change. Whether it’s teaching soothing techniques, helping with feeding, or simply offering a listening ear, I’m here to make your transition into parenthood smoother and more joyful. My goal is to empower parents, nurture babies, and create a calm, loving environment in your home. The nights after baby arrives can feel overwhelming. I provide hands-on care soothing, feeding, and guiding routines while you rest. My goal is to give you peace of mind, emotional support, and the chance to recharge, so you can face each day with confidence and calm. (6-8 hours 3-5 nights per week)
As your birth postpartum doula, I provide hands on support and guidance during labor and the first weeks after your baby arrives. My goal is to help you feel confident, rested, and supported while adjusting to life with your newborn. I assist with newborn care, including soothing, diapering, bathing, and safe sleep guidance, and I provide practical tips for feeding whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or pumping. I also offer emotional support and encouragement for parents, helping you navigate the highs and lows of the postpartum period. In addition, I can assist with light household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and organization, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and taking care of yourself. I am CPR-certified and a CCMA, ensuring your baby’s safety while providing professional, compassionate care.
