Hi, I’m Becca. As a passionate birth worker, I've dedicated my life to empowering and supporting families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Inspired by Ina May Gaskin's profound words, I firmly believe that the birthing experience shapes one's emotions, mind, body, and spirit. My journey began with doula work in 2019, where I've had the privilege of witnessing strong mothers bring forth life. In the sacred space of postpartum, I've supported families through various challenges, from colic to postpartum mental health. In July 2020, my path took a new turn as I completed my Midwifery Assistant training, followed by blindly applying to the National College of Midwifery. Guided by local midwives, I'm on a transformative journey to becoming the best version of myself in the field. Over time, my business has grown, and I now lead an incredible team of passionate doulas. Our village is committed to supporting families without imposing our beliefs. Hi everyone, I'm Robin Kaplan, the owner of the San Diego Breastfeeding Center. I have been an IBCLC since 2009 and a functional nutrition counselor since 2023. Our mission at our infant feeding center is to provide judgment-free, expert infant feeding support. Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) provide expectant and new parents with compassionate guidance and education about chest/breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, functional nutrition, and infant care.

I’ve always been drawn to the power of creation—fascinated with the strength and beauty of the body’s ability to carry and birth life. After giving birth to my daughter, I decided to follow a long-time passion of mine which was birth and family support. Helping, nurturing, supporting, and advocating for others comes naturally to me. I am a mother of three amazing adults and grandmother to two rascally grandsons and a 6 month old granddaughter. I am passionate about supporting women from prenatal to postpartum. I believe that birth is sacred making it one of the most vulnerable times in our life, my duty is to protect that. Hello, my name is Kate, and I am a prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula, as well as a proud mom of one. As both a doula and a mother, I understand the physical, emotional, and life changing journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and specialize in mobility education and coaching, flexibility, pelvic floor support, lactation support, newborn education, and light household assistance during the postpartum period. My goal is to provide compassionate emotional, physical, and informed support for both mom and dad throughout pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum transition.
