Heather was attentive, kind, caring, respectful, and professional throughout the appointments I had with her. The fact she does at home visits was such a blessing because especially after having a baby, it’s not easy to get up and go somewhere. I appreciated how easy she made the process to apply, schedule, and track the appointment notes altogether (as well any suggestions). I felt comfortable and I learned a lot from her. You can definitely tell she has years of experience and loves what she does! She is also Team Mom and Baby, so she will side on what’s best for Mom and Baby to ensure you have the best breastfeeding experience with your little one. She also is great at following up with you and being available when you need help. She never made me feel bad about asking so many questions (LOL). As a matter of fact, she welcomed all the questions to ensure I was comfortable and confident when it came to breastfeeding my baby. Thank you Heather! My family and I appreciate you and cherish you for helping make our new chapter enjoyable and welcoming!!

Heather is incredible. She started helping us as soon as we returned home from the hospital. We struggled with weight gain due to jaundice, poor latch, body tension, oral ties, etc. At a minimum I wanted to make it to 6 weeks of breastfeeding and we did it thanks to Heather’s expertise, referrals and support. If you want an IBCLC that feels like a comforting mom with professional training, Heather is your girl. ❤️

Heather has been beyond incredible and she has been the best part of my postpartum journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond and always has an answer for any questions I have. I look forward to working with her throughout my breastfeeding and postpartum period. If you have any concerns or questions in regards to breastfeeding or even wanting clarification on anything I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEATHER!

Heather is simply the best. She is THE reason my daughter was able to breastfeed. That was one of the most important goals in my motherhood journey, and she made it possible. 💕

There are not enough good things to say about Heather! She has been with me from the very beginning. She has been so supportive with in person visits, late night texts, phone calls and more. She is beyond knowledgeable in her field of work and has been a huge support to me and my baby in these early weeks as we worked with latch issues, tie revisions, and supply concerns. She has been one of my biggest cheerleaders I have walked through PPA- encouraging me that I can do this. You will not go wrong working with Heather.

I had a wonderful experience with Heather as our lactation consultant. As new parents, my husband and I were feeling overwhelmed, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. During the first week I was experiencing a lot of pain while breastfeeding, and after meeting with her I realized I had been doing a few things wrong due to misinformation and just being new to it. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand what worked best for my baby and me. After her guidance, the improvement was significant and the pain went away. I’m so grateful for her help and truly recommend her to any new parents starting their breastfeeding journey! 100/10

I cannot recommend heather enough! She was highly recommended to us by the pediatric dentist who released my son’s lip/tongue/cheek ties. She has a specialized frenectomy support package and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the procedure and how to help make sure he healed correctly and greatly improve our breastfeeding journey. She also has an amazing network of providers she works with so you can really get connected with the best team for your baby. I’ll definitely be going to her with any and all my breastfeeding questions and can’t wait to schedule another visit when we start solids in a few months. I feel like my words are not good enough to express how much she helped us. Every mom with every baby needs a Heather. She is an invaluable part of our team.

Heather has been an incredible blessing to our family. She took time to address all my questions and concerns (first time mom here, I had a lot!). Having someone come to your home in the newborn trenches was lifesaving. Her knowledge and kindness is unmatched. My daughter had a severe tongue tie that Heather assessed and referred us for the release. In addition, she sent all her assessments ahead of time, which made the appointment so easy. I cannot recommend Heather enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather. Over the course of three visits, she guided me through some of the most challenging weeks of my life with a newborn navigating tongue and lip tie, acid reflux, IGT, and a cow's milk allergy leading to poor weight gain. It felt overwhelming and was a lonely place to be. Heather's calm, knowledgeable, supportive presence made all the difference. With her holistic approach and genuine expertise, I was able to build my milk supply and nourish my baby with breast milk exclusively; something I truly didn't think was possible given everything we were up against. The weight gains followed, and so did my confidence. I had a dream of exclusively breastfeeding, and I honestly credit Heather with helping me get there. She is supportive, incredibly knowledgeable, and has such a warm and encouraging way about her that makes this journey not just manageable, but actually enjoyable. She treats both mom and baby with such thoughtful, personalized care. If you are facing breastfeeding challenge don't hesitate to reach out to Heather. She is truly gifted at what she does, and I am so grateful she was part of our story.

I started working with Heather when my baby was less than 2 weeks old. I was in a lot of pain. She helped me work through the difficulty I was having with latching, coming back from a drop in supply, and ultimately support the health and growth of my baby. Heather is a mom of multiple children and understands that all babies and nursing experiences are different. At each meeting she listened and offered different tools and resources to address the issues that I was having.

Heather has been absolutely amazing in my breastfeeding journey with both of our boys! She is extremely knowledgeable with assessing for lip/tongue ties and will refer to other medical disciplines if necessary. She helped to improve comfort/nipple care, helped with positioning, and with baby's latching and the session was in our home which was a lot more beneficial than solely seeing a lactation consultant in the hospital. She was always reachable if help was needed and always made time if we needed an appointment for any issues that would arise. She answered all of my first time mom questions and same with our 2nd child and has made breastfeeding/pumping so much easier! She is such a blessing and I am truly thankful and lucky to have found her.

Heather is worth her weight in gold (or breastmilk, you pick). She has been an integral part of my journey in motherhood since 2013, and I just met with her again for baby #5! She is so warm, comforting, and genuine. She truly has a gift in lactation and has helped me in more ways than one over the years. Honestly, if we hadn’t met, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to continue breastfeeding my babies. We had *a lot* of obstacles to overcome, and Heather made me feel like it was possible. Her belief in me and my baby made all the difference. I love letting her know when I’m expecting again, and I don’t feel fear if breastfeeding doesn’t go exactly as planned at the first latch. Heather will be there to help me like a big sister. I’m so grateful for her!

Heather came to our house two days after we brought our little girl home and it was the best decision we made. Heather took her time with us and addressed every concern and question we had as first time parents (which was a lot). She continues to follow up and make sure everything is going well and is always available for us. We are now breastfeeding successfully and couldn’t have done it without her help!!!

Heather was recommended to me by my OBGYN office, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was incredibly kind, supportive, and encouraging throughout my breastfeeding journey. When we first started working together, my baby was struggling with weight gain and wasn’t transferring milk well. After a few visits with Heather—and with help from other specialists she connected us with—my baby is now back on track with weight gain and no longer needs supplemental feeds. Heather’s extensive knowledge not only helped us overcome our initial challenges but has also prepared us for success with pumping when I return to work. Heather was an invaluable resource during a difficult time for both me and my baby, and I would recommend her to any mother looking to improve their breastfeeding journey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather Martin! From our very first session, she made me feel completely supported and at ease when my newborn daughter was experiencing latching and digestive problems. Heather was able to almost immediately isolate the problem, a severe tongue tie. Her knowledge about breastfeeding, latch techniques, and stretches that would help pre and post frenectomy was so helpful! She also helped me find a pediatric dentist to do the procedure. Often texting outside of standard business hours to check on us and wanting to help with any questions or concerns we had. She really went above and beyond taking the time to listen, answer all my questions, and give me clear, practical guidance that actually worked. Thanks to her, I went from feeling anxious and unsure to confident and comfortable nursing my baby. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for a lactation consultant who not only knows her stuff but also genuinely cares about her patients, I absolutely recommend Heather Martin!

Heather has been such a blessing in my motherhood journey. Even as a second-time mom, she has taught me things I never knew and advocated for me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. Struggling with low supply left me feeling frustrated and unsure, but Heather guided me with compassion and helped me find real solutions that increased my supply. Her constant encouragement has not only eased my worries but also given me peace of mind knowing my baby’s tummy is full. I am so deeply grateful for her support and care.

10/10 recommend Heather. After a referral from the dentist, she evaluated my baby’s tongue and lip ties, gave us a good plan to work on baby’s mouth and body (I also thought I had the right pump flange sizes since this is my third baby, but nope! She refitted me after watching me pump for like 30 sec). She also texted me a few days later to see how we were doing with the plan. Heather is up to date on research and absolutely equipped us for success.

Heather was patient, offered practical solutions and hands on support without judgement until all my concerns were resolved. This was my 3rd time BF, and I’ve seen LCs at the hospital and at home every time, but meeting with an IBCLC at my house after my milk had fully come in made a huge difference. This was also the only time I was actually measured and given the proper flange size for pumping, which has made that aspect of feeding SO much more comfortable. I’m so glad I met with her sooner instead of waiting until BF was unbearable and damage was done. I would recommend Heather to all my BF friends and I will definitely hire her again if we have any more kids.

Heather was so great with me as a very anxious first time mom! She helped me though the first few months of breast feeding by keeping me calm, reassuring me, and being there when I needed her. She is such an amazing resource and always eager to help, I loved all of the information and guides she provided me with! We are currently going strong at 6 months of EBF and without Heather helping us through our first couple of hurdles I don't know if we would have made it his far!

Heather was so great when I came to her with my 3 week old who was struggling to latch effectively! She was able to confirm my belief that my baby had a lip and tongue tie and I was able to get these issues addressed with body work and eventually a surgical procedure. But even still, months later, I can text heather about any follow up questions and she helps me and gives me advice! She’s the best!

Heather was a breastfeeding savior for me and my little one. He would not stay latched and she was able to see that he was tongue tied (nurses at the hospital didn’t catch that at all). She gave us referrals to some amazing professionals to help us and now we are smooth sailing in the breastfeeding feeding dept. 3 months and still going strong. I can text or call anytime and Heather will make sure to get me the information or make time to come see us. She's so sweet and attentive, she has a wealth of information and insight on baby things. I would 100% recommend giving Beyond the Breast a try, sooooo worth it!!!

Working with Heather has been an absolute game changer for me and my sweet baby girl. Before seeing her, we were struggling—my baby was biting, crying constantly, and every feeding felt like a painful battle. Heather quickly helped us resolve the biting, and then, with her expert eye, diagnosed a deep tongue tie and referred us to an amazing oral surgeon. Since then, everything has changed. Feedings are smooth, the crying has practically stopped, and my baby is so much happier (which means mama is too!). I’m beyond grateful for Heather’s knowledge, kindness, and support. She didn’t just change our nursing experience—she truly changed our quality of life. Thank you so much, Heather!!

Heather at Beyond the Breast is beyond exceptional. I have done home visits, office appointments, and virtual sessions. She is always extremely prepared and knowledgeable about whatever your feeding challenge may be. I saw her initially for general help with breastfeeding and then again around 6 months when my baby developed a bottle aversion. I plan to see her for all of my future lactation needs! I recommend her to everyone that I can!

Heather is so incredibly down to earth & genuine! I messaged her out of desperation that my newborn wasn't nursing/latching and she was so quick to respond and assured me she could help. She put me at ease at our first meeting and was very casual and just observed us nursing, gently offering suggestions. This is my 8th baby to breastfeed and I'm still learning different techniques. I would recommend Heather to any mom needing assistance with feeding! She also now offers baby massage and that was such a sweet & very special bonding experience for my son and I, since breastfeeding didn't go as I had planned.

I knew in the first two days that my second baby had a latch issue as it hurt and didn’t feel like my first’s. As soon as we got there she had tips and things to try, the feed in her office at one week old was the first one that didn’t hurt. Then when switching to pumping during the work day, my oversupply came back, she helped me back that off to be a just enough supply. Baby and I are 8 months in and it’s going great, we are so thankful for the support.

I cannot thank Heather enough for the incredible support she provided during my breastfeeding journey. From the very first session, she was not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and deeply attentive to my needs. She helped me tremendously with improving my breast milk production and guided me through different breastfeeding positions that made a world of difference for both me and my baby. What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She was always available to answer my questions, even those that extended beyond lactation. It felt like having a trusted friend and expert by my side during a time that can often feel overwhelming. Thanks to her support, I’ve gained confidence and peace of mind in this new chapter of motherhood. I highly recommend her to any new mom seeking compassionate, expert lactation support.

Stop what your doing and just call her! Heather is an absolute angel and is amazing at what she does. She has helped us through feeding struggles with two of our littles ( I wish I would have found her sooner). She spent time researching and advocating for our sweet girl with other doctors. Found the best position for us to feed while our baby was in a cast and brace. Heather really comes along side you to help you fight for your feeding journey with your little one. She makes sure to leave no question unanswered and is very responsive to questions asked after hours. She has truly become a sweet sweet friend to our family. All our kiddos love when Mrs. Heather comes to visit. Look no further for a caring, knowledgeable, fellow mama and best lactation consultant in DFW!

My husband and I had seen the hospital LC & an additional LC before finding Heather.. Heather is FANTASTIC (understatement) and we wish we had found her sooner. We were starting to give up hope on my breastfeeding journey after many setbacks (baby refused to latch, lip and tongue tie revision seemed to worsen things, etc.) but Heather came in with optimism and tangible tools to help. She reviewed my intake throughly ahead of time and did research on my answers, which shows her true care for her patients. She is incredibly honest, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will be working with Heather moving forward and for any future kiddos we have. Don’t question for a minute if she’s the right LC, she IS!

Heather has been an incredible resource to me even prior to the delivery of my baby. I set up a Prenatal appointment with her where she equipped me with knowledge to be ready to nurse my baby before her arrival. Then within a few days of delivery, Heather did an extremely beneficial in home consultation with me and my newborn where she fixed latching issues and had me comfortably feeding my baby in no time. Even 6 weeks post-partum, Heather continues to be an extremely helpful tool as I’ve navigated different challenges through nursing my baby. She is quick to respond and full of knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Heather is absolutely amazing, and I’m so grateful a friend referred me to her! I scheduled an appointment just a few days after giving birth to my first baby, and she truly changed our lives. Heather not only helped me build confidence in breastfeeding but also guided me through baby wearing and answered all the little questions and concerns I had as a first-time mom. She’s been an incredible resource over the past couple of months. Where to begin... My daughter struggled in the beginning weeks of her life until our first session with Heather. It amazed even my extended family how quickly this little baby girl began to glow. Heather provided an easy simple solution instead of passing it off as colic. I will forever greatly appreciate her care for my daughter and myself as well. This is just a short thank you to a long story involving oral ties, 'colic', and a frenectomy. I wish I could bring her with us to Oklahoma!

Heather is an amazing woman! She has helped me tremendously! Beyond the breast is the best! This was my second time working with Heather, and I can’t recommend her enough. We turned to her for support with our first child and were thrilled to do the same with our second. I was experiencing latch issues and had several general breastfeeding questions. Heather responded promptly and came to our home to help. She not only corrected my son's latch, which has been a game changer, but also provided invaluable tips for navigating the postpartum journey. If you're seeking someone who is professional, a fellow mom, knowledgeable, and genuinely fantastic—look no further. We love Heather!

Heather and student Natalie are absolutely amazing. I was referred to heather by a mutual connection and I am so glad I was. I went through the lactation network and my insurance covered a visit with heather to discuss latch issues, flange sizing, baby massages to help reduce tension, and lots of other useful tips to ensure a successful breastfeeding experience with my baby. We did a virtual and then a home visit, both being very insightful. The home visit was my favorite because our personalities clicked very well, which made the whole nipples-out-and-about thing very casual and comfy! Heather also recommended we see a chiropractor and that experience was amazing as well, so I can say I trust heathers judgement and expertise! Natalie assisted with both visits and helped teach me how to help baby come off the breast with minimal discomfort which was a game changer for me! Thank you ladies!

We had a fantastic experience with Heather! She goes above and beyond & made us realize that the littlest things can be related to the mouth! She has made sure to keep in contact since before and after the appointment! She is so easy to talk to, she also creates a safe and comfortable area to feed baby. As a breast feeding mother you worry about where or whom you can trust to feed your little one. Heather also takes the initiative to relate her assessment to the provider you chose. We have decided to hold off on getting a frenectomy for our 7 month old, primarily because we are worried he will lose his latch. Heather told us this doesn’t always happen, but that it could. As a mother who strictly contact feeds and doesn’t pump, this really worries me. Heather has chosen to hold onto her assessment until our little one turns one & then she will relay it to our choice of provider. Thank you so much Heather!!

Heather is an incredible lactation consultant! She has helped me successfully breastfeed with both of my babies that have each had unique challenges in our breastfeeding journey. She promptly gotten me in when needed for an appointment. She has been always helpful via text as well and answered all my questions. I have battled mastitis and she has been a huge help! My son needs a lip, tongue, and bucal revision and she has been helpful along every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone breastfeeding. She is so kind, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable through any breastfeeding challenge. You can tell she truly loves what she does!

When I say Heather is an angel on earth when it comes to all things breastfeeding, I’m not exaggerating! As a first time mom, I quickly became overwhelmed with the reality of how much work breastfeeding is. Heather responded quickly to my inquiry (while technically out of office on vacation) and worked endlessly to find a time to get us in ASAP. At our appointment she made both me and my husband feel comfortable, educated us, and provided us with multiple resources. She checked all possible areas of concern and provided us with a game plan to improve our experience. Heather then continued to check in with us days and weeks later. She has continued to answer my questions, educate me, and provide resources even three weeks out from our appointment. She not once made me feel incompetent, and has always encouraged me to make it through the hard days. Heather not only addressed my breastfeeding concerns, but has also lead and continue to walk me through my pumping experiences. She has been my go-to resource with all my breastfeeding and pumping questions and I will forever be grateful. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is needing a lactation consultant, she is your lady!

I came to Heather at a time of great need. Shortly after having my daughter, things were very scary. She was the shining light at the end of the tunnel and calmed me and all my nerves down almost immediately. I’m so grateful God led me to her. She has been so incredibly helpful in so many ways, and has always been there every time I reach out. I can’t even put into words how I feel about this wonderful woman. She is the reason I’ve been successful in my breastfeeding journey thus far. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our family was so lucky to work with Heather! My daughter struggled with feedings and was gaining weight slowly. Heather caught her tongue and lip ties after multiple providers said she didn’t have any! She referred us to the appropriate providers for my daughter’s revision, all while supporting us right where we were. Her knowledge and disposition gave me so much peace in a time of stress and unknowns. My only regret is that we didn’t reach out sooner!! I wish all families had the opportunity to work with Heather!

Heather is BEYOND amazing!! Let me start out by saying I never leave reviews but this woman has truly saved mine and my babies breast feeding relationship!! I am a first time mom with expectations of breast feeding being easy peasy but it has been one of the most challenging things I have ever done in my life. I found out my baby had a tongue and lip tie and we made an appointment with Heather after we got them lasered. Heather has true compassion and a love for what she does. She worked us into her busy schedule and spent enough time with us to make sure I was comfortable and my baby was comfortable. She taught us so many different techniques and exercises to help us. I can confidently say that her working with me has helped make me a successful breast feeding mommy!! If this is something that is important to you, then do not hesitate to make an appointment with this amazing woman!! I am beyond grateful to have done so!!

I want to tell you about this lady here. From the get-go, she was welcoming, warming, understanding, knowledgeable and responsive. She was NOT complacent and she did NOT just give you an answer sending you on your way. She was thorough. Heather took in everything I said and assisted my struggles with battling bad information from a previous lactation consultant and helped me erase those bad memories and bad information by providing a positive experience during every visit while loading me up with a ton of helpful information, resources and referrals. She had become more trustworthy than my child's pediatrician. My child thrived with her advice and our struggling breastfeeding journey immediately turned into a positive one. I've had experience with another lactation consultant and out of the two, Heather has been a breastfeeding life-saver. Heather is trustworthy and will be there through everything with you. I know this, because she was there through EVERYTHING with me. Quit looking. You've landed gold. Thank you Heather for EVERYTHING. ♡

After struggling with latching after our first was born, we reached out to Heather for help. Heather offered so much valuable information and gave us the tools we truly needed for successful latching/breastfeeding. She created a personalized care plan to support and encourage our breastfeeding goals which was very helpful. In the moments of new motherhood when I have felt overwhelmed Heather gave me the tools to gain confidence, restore my sanity(ha!), and ease my concerns.

Heather has been my knight in shining armor for about 4 months now; I honestly don’t know what we would do without her! Our little one was having trouble gaining weight, so I found her on Facebook when my daughter was 6 months old. Heather came to my home to do a consultation, and she found a tongue and lip tie - something we had no clue she even had! Since getting those revised, our baby girl has thrived. Heather has been so available for all of my (many, many) questions and is so patient and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend her enough! She is a blessing to every mama and baby she meets.

Heather was so helpful with my first. I knew with my second baby I would want her assistance again. She was very informative, kind, and compassionate. She helped with our lip and tounge ties, stretches, body work, latch, and my confidence in breastfeeding. She provided documentation for what was discussed and things to work on. She also provided several additional resources to help improve our breastfeeding journey. She is an invaluable resource!! Thank you Heather!

Heather has been a tremendous resource throughout our breastfeeding journey. Not only did she help us with latch issues due to tongue and lip ties, she was also the first to recognize my son’s food intolerances. With her help, our whole family has gotten on a path to health and healing. She is a wealth of information and resources, and she is always willing to answer a text or call - even just to ease a worried mama’s mind. She even checked in on our family during the winter storms in February 2021 just to make sure we were okay. Heather is a huge part of the reason we are still breastfeeding!

Heather is amazing! I left her a voicemail early in the morning after a crazy sleepless night with a newborn who suddenly decided not to latch at all but scream instead. Heather was at my house within a couple of hours. I didn’t even realize how much i needed her gentle and confident presence. She stayed with me through the entire feeding routine from waking up, changing a diaper, latching, feeding, burping, switching sides. She is a wealth of knowledge and compassion. My baby latched on both sides and is now peacefully sleeping skin to skin with me. She left a lot of good information and references for the next few weeks. I am forever grateful! She didn’t just get my baby to latch and nurse, she did so much more. I feel empowered, understood, supported. Thank you!

Heather is amazing! I reached out to Heather when I needed to help with my newborn who was three weeks old and one week past a tongue tie revision procedure. I was struggling with latch, weight gain, and confidence. Even with my third baby, I felt like a new mom all over again. This was right after Easter during the height of the pandemic when everything was closed but luckily Heather was still available in person since I needed one on one hands-on help. The In-office consultation was so helpful! She really took her time with me and my baby, I didn’t feel rushed. She took plenty of time to answer questions and learn about our history. Her office is clean and comfortable I felt like I could really be at ease and relax. Heather gave lots of tips and reassurance so I could feel confident in my nursing abilities. She was even available after the appointment through text and email to update and get additional help and support. Heather really helped me get through some tough days, encouraging me to continue on days I was ready to quit and cheering me along when I felt like things were going well. She really helped me during those early postpartum days when emotions are the strongest and I felt so frazzled! Not only is she kind and compassionate, Heather is also a wealth of knowledge and resources especially in regards to oral restrictions and tie revisions. We are nine weeks in and she has continued to reach out for additional support. I am truly grateful to have Heather on my support team, I know the success I’ve had is from her wonderful care.

Heather is wonderful! I had a virtual consult with her due to COVID-19 and it was extremely informative and helpful. As a new mom, I had very little confidence in how I was breastfeeding and she was kind, encouraging and made me feel much more confident in my ability to nourish my little man. She is extremely giving of her time, willing to answer questions beyond the consultation. She even came by my house with her scale to make sure he was gaining back his weight at a healthy rate before his 2 week appointment! It was seriously worth every penny and then some.

Absolutely amazing. We are first time parents who have never been around infant. We reached out, on our third day as parents, desperate to get breastfeeding on the right track. After the first in home visit we were well on our way and after the second, we were much more confident. The time an attention given are phenomenal. I can't say enough about the support received. It doesn't stop at breastfeeding - ANY baby question we had was met with patient ears, support and good guidance. Love. Love. Love.

Heather is AMAZING. She answered all of our questions, gave us helpful tips and referrals to other practitioners close to our home, was funny and encouraging and gave us resources for not only the things we visited her for but also for anything that might come up later. Her office is comfortable and she has such a way with babies and their parents. She included my husband every step of the way and made me feel super comfortable even after my baby spit up on everything and I spilled my haakka. Breast feeding had been a very stressful and self conscious thing for me but at the visit I felt peaceful and comfortable.

Heather is amazing!!! I was on the verge of quitting after I was breastfeeding for two weeks. I was in sever pain/crying every single time my sweet girl would latch/feed. I contacted Heather at 2 am in the morning, when I woke up I had a message from her saying she could come to my house the same week. Come to find out she had a sever tongue/lip tie. She gave me several ointments to help with the pain, was great about sending follow up texts asking how we were and even came back out for the second time after she had her tongue and lip clipped to make sure my baby was healing correctly. On top of all this we had a great time visiting with her. Please don't hesitate to reach out to her if you are struggling or just need to pick her brain she will not disappoint!

My baby girl was 4.5 months old when I finally sought Heather’s expertise. We had previously only had beief interactions with the LC’s in the hospital where my baby was born and one online consultation. My daughter had ongoing difficulties with achieving a deep latch and severe reflux. Heather evaluated my daughter and determined that she had a lip and tongue tie and we needed a frenectomy. Heather was patient, kind, well-rounded and knowledgeable! She even followed up with us following the frenectomy to see how we were! I highly recommend Heather!!!
