The commonality within pregnancy and postpartum care however has been the centering of the mother's mental, emotional, and physical heath, the well-being of baby, and the communal nature of birth and postpartum itself. When choosing me as part of your care team, you are also choosing a team of three: two trained birth and postpartum care providers (myself included) and a certified Chef- because it takes a village.
