Hi! I love all things birth and I especially love supporting families as they become parents or foray into the journey of expanding their family. I am a mom of 4, experienced Certified Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, Bain Fey Specialist, student midwife, birth assistant and wellness coach business owner. My services include wellness coaching my husband, a certified wellness coach providing nutrition education, meal plans, exercise plans and pregnancy and labor specific stretch sessions. My job is to ensure you have all the knowledge and emotional and physical support you need to achieve your family goals. I am so excited to meet you and learn about you and your family!

We offer birth doula services in the following investment tiers: -Birth Bliss Luxury Concierge Birth Doula Services, Wellness Coaching, Personal Trainer Stretch Sessions, Childbirth Education Series, Daddy Boot Camp, Postpartum Meals and Bain Fey Haitian Herbal Postpartum Care (3-day at home spa treatment), Placenta Encapsulation, Massage Therapy and Maternal Mental Health Therapy Sessions at $4500; -Birth Bliss Premium Concierge Birth Doula Services, Wellness Coaching, Personal Trainer Stretch Sessions, Childbirth Education Series, Daddy Boot Camp, Postpartum Meals and Bain Fey Haitian Herbal Postpartum Care (3-day at home spa treatment) at $3100; -Birth Bliss Mini including Birth Doula Services, Wellness Coaching, Personal Trainer Stretch Sessions, Childbirth Education Series, Daddy Boot Camp, at $1800; Sliding Scale available for those who qualify. We provide postpartum doula services at: -Postpartum Doula rates are $40/hr (minimum 20 hours) -Overnight postpartum rates/night nanny are $50/hr (minimum 24 hours) We provide the Bain Fey service as a standalone offering for $900 -3 day concierge herbal baths -teas -yoni steams -belly binding Placenta Encapsulation and tinctures from $450.
