Experience with military families or TRICARE patients is a huge plus. Strong communication, a calming presence, and the ability to advocate for me during labor are very important. If a second language is spoken, that is a bonus but not required. The care recipient is myself. I am currently in my first trimester. This is not my first pregnancy, so I am familiar with the process, but I want a more supported and intentional experience this time. No special medical needs at this time, but I do want guidance throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery.
