Hello! Looking for overnight support for our second baby in Iowa City ideally 2-3x a week beginning in late January 2027. Our budget is somewhere between $35-$40/ hour.

Medicated -epidural vaginal labor At st.lukes hospital

Hospital birth at Methodist West with Iowa Clinic. We conceived through IVF so the likelihood of needing to be induced is higher, however I would like to labor naturally if possible and without an epidural. My husband is a very supportive partner but doesn't feel super comfortable about being able to support me through an uneducated birth. I don't really have any specific other requirements. I would like someone who is experienced and if they are able to help with breastfeeding after birth that would also be excellent.

I would like to have a Home birth. I would like spend $3000 or less

Plan to give birth at clarion Iowa hospital. Not really sure on budget wanted to see if insurance would cover if possible. Needing help with birth plan but as natural, unmedicated, and uninterrupted with hospital “standard” practices as possible.

I want a doula who can help me have a good labor and delivery experience in the hospital. I was wishing for a home birth bit insurance doesnt cover that and I really tend to tense up in the hospital. So someone to help me stay calm and breathe through contractions and just support me. I want as natural a birth as possible without an epidural. My last hospital birth was terrible. Also I have always had trouble nursing and my last baby did not sleep well at all so support with those after birth. We don't have a large income but our insurance doesn't cover a doula either so we are willing to talk price. I would like a confident woman who knows what childbirth is like. I want her to be confident bit not overbearing. Willing to give me my space when I need it as well.

The university of Iowa hospital in Iowa city. I want an epidural but want to go into labor naturally, delayed cord clamping, push on my side NOT my back, I want someone to be there to advocate if things get tough, I have a great husband who is supportive and knowledgeable as well. I want warm compress and oils to minimize tearing risk. My budget is a tough say, I would like to be reasonable.

Preferably an unmedicated birth at methodist west hospital in west des moines. My midwives are through unity point. I want a chill and meditative environment during birth. I want to be able to move and would like to avoid birthing on my back if possible. I would also prefer someone who can directly communicate my needs or advocate for what I have on my birth plan if they are not being respected. My doula should also be able to educate and help both me and my husband during our preparation for and during delivery. Top end of our budget is $1500. Postpartum care would be great but not required.
