Delivery assistance my wife has had two births both with a midwife before and just looking for that support

Plan to give birth at clarion Iowa hospital. Not really sure on budget wanted to see if insurance would cover if possible. Needing help with birth plan but as natural, unmedicated, and uninterrupted with hospital “standard” practices as possible.

I want a doula who can help me have a good labor and delivery experience in the hospital. I was wishing for a home birth bit insurance doesnt cover that and I really tend to tense up in the hospital. So someone to help me stay calm and breathe through contractions and just support me. I want as natural a birth as possible without an epidural. My last hospital birth was terrible. Also I have always had trouble nursing and my last baby did not sleep well at all so support with those after birth. We don't have a large income but our insurance doesn't cover a doula either so we are willing to talk price. I would like a confident woman who knows what childbirth is like. I want her to be confident bit not overbearing. Willing to give me my space when I need it as well.

We plan on giving birth at methodist west in west des moines. I would like an unmedicated birth. This is our first baby.

Planning on giving birth at home and my midwife service requires the presence of a doula since it’s my first birth.

The university of Iowa hospital in Iowa city. I want an epidural but want to go into labor naturally, delayed cord clamping, push on my side NOT my back, I want someone to be there to advocate if things get tough, I have a great husband who is supportive and knowledgeable as well. I want warm compress and oils to minimize tearing risk. My budget is a tough say, I would like to be reasonable.

Giving birth at Mary Greely Hospital in ames. Unsure of cost so looking for information there. This is my third delivery and hoping to go unmedicated this time

Preferably an unmedicated birth at methodist west hospital in west des moines. My midwives are through unity point. I want a chill and meditative environment during birth. I want to be able to move and would like to avoid birthing on my back if possible. I would also prefer someone who can directly communicate my needs or advocate for what I have on my birth plan if they are not being respected. My doula should also be able to educate and help both me and my husband during our preparation for and during delivery. Top end of our budget is $1500. Postpartum care would be great but not required.

Birthing at a birth center. I’m not sure on budget. Looking to go completely natural and hoping to learn how to have a calm empowering labor/birth.

Night nurse for newborn. 3 days a week, maybe around 8 hours. Tend to newborn and clean up bottles if need be. $20/hr

Seeking a birth doula to support the birth of our 3rd child. I plan to deliver at the university of Iowa main hospital. My first birth was an unplanned c-section in Madison, WI in 2020 and second was a vbac at U of IA with the midwives in 2023. I am seeing the u of IA midwives for this pregnancy as well we have had doula care for our past two births as well. We don’t need a lot of childbirth education at this point but are looking for a confident and experienced doula to help provide support and advocacy during labor. I would like to try for an unmedicated birth. We’d like to focus on birth support and don’t necessarily need a lot of prenatal visits or postpartum support. Our budget is $1000- $1500.

Hospital I’m looking to have a vbac - my first birth was traumatic. I pushed for 4 hours and still needed a C-section.

I plan on going to Mercy for and my birth plan is I would I would like no student Doctors like Lil to the lighting a very calm, rainfall type of music no medication and for a C-section if it is needed for me and the baby unless the baby isn’t distress or he is too big for me to naturally give birth to him
