Hello! I'm Iman, and for the past decade, I've had the honor of being present at over 100 births as a doula. I specialize in offering holistic support to families in their reproductive journey through doula support. My mission is to support you in creating a safe and nurturing space for you to feel empowered, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Birth Doula Care Package

From pregnancy through postpartum. I’m here to offer compassionate guidance, physical comfort, and emotional support. Together, we'll navigate your birthing desires and preferences, explore relaxation techniques, and ensure you feel empowered to make informed decisions throughout your journey. Services include:   - Prenatal visit(s) + check-ins  - On-call for your birth around your estimated due month  - Continuous birth support  - Postpartum visit + check ins  - Birth Guide  - Tailored discussion for birth desires, comfort measures and position changes  - Reiki session(s) if desired   Energy Exchange: $2500  Payment Options: Full, 2 installments, 4 installments, 6 installments)

Birth + Postpartum Doula Care Package

Doula Services include: - Prenatal visit(s)+ check-ins - On-call for your birth around your estimated due month - Continuous birth support - Latching initiation and feeding support - Postpartum check ins - Birth Guide - Tailored discussion for birth desires, comfort measures and position changes - Reiki session(s) if desired - Postpartum doula - after baby is home 3 postpartum visits (3 hours each visit) Postpartum Doula Services: - How to use baby products: diapers, swaddles, baby wearing/wraps.. - Baby care: holding baby while you have a moment. A moment to shower, to eat, to rest, to walk around and get fresh air or indulge in a cup of tea or coffee. - A listening ear: motherhood and parenthood can be a huge transition time for families. I am here to provide a non-judgmental ear and an open heart. - Light housework: washing and sterilizing bottles, laundry, and light tidy. - Lactation and feeding suggestions: *Disclaimer: I am not a lactation counselor or consultant. However, I have supported families in their feeding journey. My personal views are fed is best. So I am happy to explore options with you as you navigate what works best for you and your baby.
