About me

From the first contraction to the first 40 days—I’ve got you. I’m Jade, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of five from Detroit. I’ve been supporting families for over 10 years—through labor, birth, and those tender postpartum weeks. In the birth room, I bring calm, steady support so you and your partner feel confident and cared for. Once baby is here, I shift into hands-on help—cooking nourishing meals, guiding breastfeeding, and making sure moms get the rest and recovery they deserve.

I offer warm and compassionate doula care to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the tender weeks that follow. From preparing for labor to standing by your side during birth, to nurturing you at home in the postpartum season, my goal is to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. My care includes labor and delivery support, breastfeeding guidance, overnight and daytime postpartum care, and personalized 40-day wellness planning. With my background as a chef, I also prepare healing meals rooted in postpartum traditions to replenish your energy and restore hormonal balance. At the heart of it all, I’m here to create a peaceful, loving start for you and your family so you never feel alone in this sacred journey.

Whatever it is your seeking with your birthing process Jade can make the proper arrangements within her schedule and in your reality just the way you envisioned. -Pre delivery prep body exercises (mind body and/or soul) -Food Prepping insight/activities for you and baby via her professional culinary background -Birthing Plan Consultation (single and couple parenting delivery ideas i.e. natural, semi-natural, or hospital birth arrangement ) -Home Arrangements for baby arrival Jade makes it her business to understand your needs and to meet them professionally. I’m glad to have had her attend to my needs during my pregnancy and after and my doula. I would recommend her and select her every time. She is one of a kind.
