Hi, I’m Jade, a birth doula passionate about supporting families through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. As a momma of two, I know that pregnancy can be overwhelming and scary. I provide compassionate, emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and deeply supported as you welcome your baby or babies into the world. Service introduction

First we will have a meet in greet in person or over the phone. My services typically look like 1-2 prenatal appointments before your due date. We will go over things like your birth plans, personal preferences, and expectations. You will have access to me for all things from 8am-6pm all through your pregnancy. When it’s time for labor I will be prepared to help your labor meet your expectations. I can help with pain management, positioning, and creating a relaxing environment for the arrival of your little one!
