About me

Hello! My name is Janet. I have over 15 years experience serving families as a Certified Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator. My journey began with the birth of my son by cesarean and led me to the homebirth VBAC of my daughter. I offer in person and virtual birth preparation classes. I facilitate an online VBAC Support and Information Group which helps those who are planning a VBAC or want to learn how to avoid a primary cesarean. I’m honored to assist families along their journey of pregnancy, parenthood & beyond. I enjoy yoga, the beach and spending time with family.

Janet attended the birth of my third baby, and I’m so grateful she was by my side. Her calming presence was a huge part of why I achieved my VBAC. With her there, I never once doubted that I could do it.

Janet was present at the birth of my son, and her calming presence made all the difference. As a first-time mom, I was anxious and unsure of what to expect, but she guided me through the process with reassurance and support. My labor progressed beautifully, thanks in part to her steady encouragement. Janet offered thoughtful advice while always respecting my wishes for the day. I’m so grateful to have known and worked with her.
