Hi families! My name is Ja’Nya, and I’m an experienced night nanny and postpartum/labor and delivery doula passionate about supporting parents through the newborn and postpartum journey. I’ve worked with families from all backgrounds, providing overnight care, emotional support, and hands-on assistance with newborn routines, feeding, and sleep. My approach is nurturing, nonjudgmental, and rooted in evidence-based care. I have a strong foundation in childcare and birthwork, including supporting low-income communities and continuing my education in maternal and infant health.
