About me

Hi, I’m Jazmine—a bilingual Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and perhaps most importantly, a two-time triple-feeding mom of two. Like so many parents, I found myself exhausted and overwhelmed in the early days of feeding my babies—navigating confusing advice, constant pumping, and sleepless nights. I became a CLC to provide parents with the highest quality practical knowledge and care. I combine lived experience with professional expertise to support other parents in making informed, confident feeding choices. I have a background in Public Health (MPH) and over 15 years of experience in patient- and family-centered care, and I am bilingual (English/Spanish). I support families with evidence-based lactation education and early postpartum challenges.
