About me
Postpartum is wild! But finding a village to help support you can make a huge difference. I'm hear to be a part of your village, if you so choose! As a postpartum doula, I'm here to be a listening ear, cook for you, fold your laundry, and answer any question you might have about newborn life. I love herbs and foods that can help support your healing body! I can hold your baby so you can take a nap or a shower. I can give you a foot soak or herbal sitz bath. I can help you process your birth. Whatever you need to support yourself during this transformational time, I'll be there for you!

Service introduction
Let me take care of you while you rest, recover, and bond with your baby. We will have one pre-birth session in your home (1.5 to 2 hours) so that we can get to know each other and discuss how to make a good postpartum plan. After birth, each family has different needs that may change from day-to-day. When I arrive, we will check in to see how the last 24 hours have gone and make a plan for what you need. Postpartum visits are roughly 4 hours long and may include: meals and herbal infusions prepped feeding support birth processing basic household tasks baby care support getting to take a nap or a bath!
