Hi, I'm Jenna, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and pediatric occupational therapist supporting families throughout the greater Seattle area. For the past 11 years I've worked with babies and young children as an OT, and that background shapes how I approach feeding. When latching hurts, a baby struggles to stay on the breast, or bottles and pumping feel like a puzzle, I look at the whole picture: your baby's oral motor skills, tone, reflexes, and body position, along with your comfort, supply, and goals. Feeding is a skill your baby is learning and something you're learning together, and small adjustments often make a big difference. I'm also a mom to a little boy, so I know firsthand how tender and overwhelming those early days can be, and how much it helps to have someone in your corner. I offer unhurried home visits and virtual consults where you can ask every question on your mind. Whether you're preparing before birth, navigating the early weeks, returning to work, or figuring out how to combine breast, bottle, and pump, I'm here to help you find a rhythm that works for your family.
