I have been an IBCLC since 2002. Along with my colleague Lauren Akers, we service the Greater Hartford and New Haven counties doing in-office and home visits. We are able to bill almost all insurance plans. We so enjoy our families and their lovely babies with all types of feeding challenges from breastfeeding to bottle-feeding to bottle refusal consults. We are very experienced assessing tongue tie, low milk supply and other challenges. We especially enjoy doing prenatal consult before the baby or babies arrive. We just love how unique every family is and enjoy helping you feel supported.

Is there a charge for home visits?

Yes because it is time away from our office. There is a flat fee and depending on where you live, there may be an additional travel fee.

Do you take Husky or Tricare?

Unfortunately no but we offer a 20% discount.

Does Susan accept insurance?
