About me

Hello! I am a Catholic birth doula serving Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. It is so important to make sure you feel confident in your birth plan, your plans B and C, and to make sure you feel supported all throughout your pregnancy and birth. This is YOUR birth experience, and we will not settle for anything less than what you desire for your birth. Mama, you are strong and God is strong and will get you through this. ❤️

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a doula?

Your child's birth is one of those moments, like a wedding, that you will have the opportunity to treasure for your lifetime. Too many mothers are robbed of this experience by having a traumatic experience, not knowing how to advocate for themselves, feeling ready for physiological birth then getting an epidural and feeling guilty about it, having to go with a plan B that was not created, not being prepared for labor, not knowing when labor begins - the list goes on. It is ultimately your choice, but keep in mind that doulas statistically reduce the need for medical interventions, improve the morale of their clients, and teach important skills for advocacy that you might very wel need for your birth. I highly recommend a doula, even if it is not me. Speak to me and we can see if we are a good fit!

Do you accept payment plans?

I can work with your situation individually but accept first $200 immediatey after hire and accept the rest of the payment at the second prenatal appointment.

Do you do births only at home?

I love a good homebirth but I will support you wherever you would like to give birth as long as you have a medical provider! This includes a hospital, birthing center, home, etc.
