Well I'm here to support you and your little one on the road to more restful sleep! As a paediatric sleep consultant, my aim is to educate, empower, and encourage families on their sleep journey, restoring calm and rest to their household. As a mother of three, I know firsthand how important sleep is for both your own wellbeing and that of your family. This is why I decided to become a sleep consultant, to help parents not just survive, but thrive! With over 10 years of nursing experience and a passion for women's and paediatric health, I have furthered my studies to also work with children and adolescents with additional needs, including anxiety, ASD, ADHD, and other developmental delays, to improve their quantity and quality of sleep. A bit of info about how I work: - You will complete an in depth intake form so i can get a clear picture of what is happening for you and will allow me to complete a sleep assessment - You will receive a personalised sleep plan that will include evidence based advice and guidance on : - Sleep environment to promote sleep - Nutrition and feeding advice and the role it plays in achieving sleep - Identifying sleep associations and how to alter them - Age appropriate nap expectations and resettling guide - Implementing a consistent and calming bedtime routine - Address overnight waking and approaches to resettling - Expectations for night feeding appropriate to their age. - Settling techniques and approaches that are best suited for YOUR child. - Age appropriate routine and sleep guide - Consideration of your child’s temperament and your parenting style for all recommendations - We will have a phone consult to discuss my assessment and recommendations - Dependent on the package chosen you will receive Unlimited follow up support for 1 or 2 weeks via phone/email/sms for support and guidance whilst you implement my recommendations I also offer in home consultations for more hands on support and guidance
