Hello all and welcome to the wonderful world of having a child. I am here to help provide education for you and your family with pre-birth education classes as well as post birth. I am available to support you as a antepartum, postpartum RN as well as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, IBCLC that specializes in newborn feeding as well as feeding complications. I offer support with in-home consultations, virtual and overnight newborn feeding/post-partum care. I also can share this vital education with your partners, whatever your family looks like for you and successfully include them in supporting you during this vulnerable time in your life. I offer care in Vermont and Florida.

When can I introduce a bottle?

The American Academy of Breastfeeding recommends bottle introduction at one month of age if desired. (Some families choose this time frame as recommended to imprint direct breastfeeding and to slowly introduce bottles and or cup. This is a common concern of those birthing parents returning to work.)
