Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

I approach this work from a traditional African-centered perspective and value system that centers support rooted in evidence-based information and wholistic wellness practices. How would you like to welcome in new life? I receive my education by sitting at the feet of, and training with, midwives across may different pathways of midwifery (such as CPM, TM, CNM, and LM). These wisdom holders carry over 10+ years of experience, and I have had the honor to travel globally from Ghana, West Africa, the Caribbean's, South Florida, and Georgia, USA, to immerse myself in learning the most optimal prenatal and postpartum care, as well as serving families, from them. The commonality within pregnancy and postpartum care however has been the centering of the mother's mental, emotional, and physical heath, the well-being of baby, and the communal nature of birth and postpartum itself. When choosing me as part of your care team, you are also choosing a team of three: two trained birth and postpartum care providers (myself included) and a certified Chef- because it takes a village. We will always conduct an initial meet in-person, if local, or virtually, if remote to see if we are the best team for you, or offer referrals if needed. My name is Samantha Dorleus, and I’m from Miami, Florida. I’m the youngest of my older siblings, and growing up, I’ve always taken on the role of caretaker for my younger cousins. As my older sister and brother had children, it became second nature for me to help care for my nephews. When I found out I was pregnant, I knew I was ready for the journey ahead. Becoming a mother has been the most amazing experience of my life! Watching my daughter grow from a tiny baby in my belly to the beautiful little sunflower she is today has been truly incredible. Now that she’s 5 years old, I know I still have so much to learn as she continues to grow, but I’m beyond grateful to have her in my life. With my extensive experience caring for children since a young age, I’ve worked in after-school programs, summer camps, and preschools since 2015. Caring for children is something I’ve always loved and admired. I am now certified as a Doula and look forward to providing services to elevate and advocate for mothers, especially by offering postpartum/prenatal care. It’s my mission to support women as they navigate this beautiful but sometimes overwhelming journey of motherhood. I’m currently a full-time mom and, in my spare time, I enjoy cooking, crafting, working out, and finding new ways to support my daughter’s growth and development.
