Hi, I am Kareema, a trained postpartum doula with a background as a labor & delivery, postpartum, and nursery nurse. I am passionate about supporting families through the transformative journey of the fourth trimester. With years of hands-on experience in maternal-newborn care, I strive to create a nurturing, informed, and empowering environment for parents as they navigate the early stages of parenthood. I aim to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that promotes healing, confidence, and well-being.
