I’m Karissa Pritchett, the founder of D.O.E., and a certified labor and postpartum doula, VBAC specialist, and childbirth and newborn care educator. After having my daughter in 2017, I became deeply inspired by the transformative power of birth. Like many, my experience included highs and lows, and I know how easy it can be to feel overwhelmed or lost in the demands of parenthood. Let’s be real: you are more than just a parent, spouse, or coworker—you’re you. We’re here to give you the rest, guidance, and strength you need to navigate this major life transition smoothly and confidently.
