About me

As a Postpartum Doula I get to love on the super hero's of the world, mamas. I love supporting them with nurturing care, information, and a helpful presence. As a mama bear to three littles with a partner that travels more than half the year I have the experience of solo parenting and the unique challenges that brings to both the home and the relationships. I value empowering a families own innate maternal/paternal instincts within an evidence based framework. As a Nesting Doula I help families optimize the health of the home environment you're bringing your baby home to. and prepare for the transitions ahead. I help you prepare for the transitions ahead with intention and without overwhelm. Multiple services offered to customize to your own needs.

As a Nesting Doula I offer four services geared for preconception and prenatal. Eco Nesting the Nursery Eco Maternity Registry Nesting Party Guide As a Postpartum Doula I offer two packages: 16 hr package and a 30 hr package with single session add-ons available. The hours can be flexible though I have limited overnight availability.
