About Kaytlan

Kaytlan is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing–prepared Pediatric Registered Nurse with a background in emergency care and military service. Her clinical experience has shaped a calm, composed, and highly attentive approach to caring for mothers, newborns, and families during some of life’s most meaningful transitions. As a doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Specialist, Kaytlan offers comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and early motherhood. Her philosophy is centered on providing a more elevated and personalized standard of maternal care—one that feels intentional, unrushed, and tailored to the individual. Her concierge approach combines evidence-informed education with thoughtful, hands-on guidance and continuity of care. Whether preparing for birth, navigating feeding concerns, adjusting to life with a newborn, or rebuilding strength postpartum, Kaytlan works closely with each family to create a supportive experience that reflects their unique needs, preferences, and goals. As a mother, Kaytlan also brings a personal understanding of the transformation that accompanies pregnancy and postpartum life. Birth & Postpartum Doula services

I provide personalized maternal and newborn support designed to care for mothers through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into life with a new baby. Services include birth doula care, postpartum and newborn doula support, lactation education and feeding guidance, prenatal and postpartum personal training, birth preparation, pumping and return-to-work support, and comprehensive all-inclusive concierge packages. Each service is tailored to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of every family, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-informed, high-touch care that helps mothers feel prepared, supported, and confident throughout every stage of motherhood.
