About Keira

As a certified birth doula and postpartum doula in Toronto, I am dedicated to honouring and affirming all aspects of who you are during this major life transition, including your spiritual and emotional needs. Social justice and liberation are integral to my prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula practice and I welcome all races, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities and family structures, including couples, single parents, polyamorous families, platonic co-parenting arrangements, and surrogates. With a two-decade track record in health research, my informational support is thorough and evidence-based. I apply this knowledge to support my clients with customized information, system navigation, and advocacy. As a classically trained singer and a mindfulness practitioner, I love offering these unique skills to support my clients with their childbirth, family planning, and parenting goals.
