About me

I am a local to Virginia Beach, and although I plan to stay here long term, my heart also has a home in Hawaii where I spent a few years in my twenties. I love to adventure, design, have community and learn new things! I spend 100% of the time being a mother to two absolutely, wildly amazing children, and being a wife to my long-time sweet heart. I have had beautiful home births with both my children and I would love to have more children! My dream is grow a business that not only supports my family, but over all, supports woman and families all of the world so that we as mothers and as families feel the most confident and empowered that we have ever felt as a community, so that we raise generations of parents and children to be self-sufficient, self-thinkers and rooted in love.

Hi I am Kelly! I am a birth doula in the Hampton Roads, VA area! I am so excited to be serving the families in and around our area through education, commitment and love! I put a big emphasis on postpartum, and I offer an extensive educational process through out pregnancy. I want you to feel your most confident and empowered through out your whole journey into motherhood and beyond. I myself have had two wonderful home births, and although I completely support and trust unmedicated physiological birth, I also support medicalized hospitals births as well. Ultimately I support YOU Momma!! I have a special connection to parents with chronic illness, medications during pregnancy/breastfeeding. I also have like to focus on healthy eating, movement , & opening up to vulnerability during pregnancy as I believe practicing each of those things leads to an empowering and strong labor and postpartum season.
