Hello! My name is Kelsey and I am a birth/postpartum doula. I believe in the magic and science of affirmation and empowerment. My calling is to hold space and listen to people’s stories in the hopes of helping them reveal more of their authentic selves. I support ALL birth plans and believe that there is no one perfect way to give birth. My superpower is "mothering the mother" and I focus on new parents receiving the time and care they need to be their best selves so they can walk into the chapter of parenthood balanced and calm. Birth Doula Services include: -24/7 on call support from 38 weeks -2 prenatal sessions (stages of labor, medical interventions, create birth plan) -Emotional/Physical support (affirmations, breath work, massage, etc.) -1 in-home postpartum session Postpartum Doula Services include: -Emotional and informational support -Assistance with feeding, first bath, sleep, and newborn care -Laundry, meal prep, tidying up -Easing transition for siblings -Creating a safe space for optimal postpartum recovery and self-care

This package includes 2 prenatal sessions (one virtual, one in-person), on-call support from 38 weeks, full labor and birth support, and an in-home postpartum visit.

Just The Birth
This package is for the person who just wants another set of hands in the room. This could be right for a second or third birth or someone who has done their own research and doesn't need in depth prenatal sessions. This package only includes on-call support from 38 weeks and concludes one hour after baby is born. Does include a 30-60min. virtual session to discuss birth plan and preferences.

Postpartum Support
This is a standard postpartum package and ranges from a minimum of 16 hours to 60 hours. Each visit is 4 hours. Includes one virtual consultation to discuss needs and schedule.
