I am a postpartum doula, village tender, parent and early childhood educator. I teach postpartum caregivers how to add parent and baby groups to their services AND I offer local and virtual classes for new parents who want to build community and have fun parenting.

I teach birth workers and postpartum caregivers how to add parent and baby groups to their practice. I also offer online and in-person courses for new parents that focus on creating your family culture, healthy home rhythms, and connecting with your little ones in nature. For parents in Sonoma County, I offer postpartum planning and local classes in addition to virtual consulting.
