About me

I'm a DONA certified postpartum doula with over 25 years of experience. With a background in both psychology and early childhood development, I've found that being a doula is the perfect career for me. I love supporting families during what is one of the most beautiful times in life, postpartum. I'm happy to help in any way to make life a bit easier once baby is home. Whether that's newborn care, meal prep, laundry, errands, or help with lactation, I'm there for you! With my 2 daughters now grown and living in LA, I have the time and flexibility to support others. I look forward to being a part of your journey in to parenthood. :)

With over 25 years of experience as a nanny, personal assistant, and house manager, I'm able to come into your home, assess what needs to be done, and help support you in any way. Each day postpartum is different and I'm happy to adjust what I do based on your needs. Whether that's caring for baby and older siblings, doing laundry, meal prep, running errands, or just listening and helping you through this magical, but stressful time, I'm here for you! :)
