Hi there! I’m Keyani — it’s so nice to meet you. I’m a full-spectrum doula (fertility, birth, postpartum, pregnancy, abortion, and infant loss), a certified sleep consultant, and a longtime nanny. I’ve spent the last 6 years working closely with infants and families, and it’s truly where my heart feels at home. I’m based in the East Bay and serve families all around the San Francisco area. My role is to walk alongside you, wherever your path leads, offering care, information, and a steady presence without judgment.
How is a full-spectrum doula different from a birth or postpartum doula?
A birth doula focuses just on labor and delivery support, and a postpartum doula helps after the baby arrives. As a full-spectrum doula, I support you through all experiences — planned or unexpected — around growing your family. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating loss, or exploring fertility, I’m here to offer care every step of the way.
What ages of children do you have experience working with?
I’ve worked with children as young as just a few days old all the way up to 16 years old. Every stage is special in its own way, and I love creating a calm, nurturing space where little ones, big kids, and teens all feel supported, seen, and cared for
What does a typical day with you look like?
A typical day with me is calm, playful, and centered around your child's needs. I love building routines that feel natural and comforting — lots of reading, singing, outdoor walks, sensory play, and plenty of time for cuddles and connection. Every day is a mix of fun, learning, and care.
Will sleep training mean letting my baby cry it out?
No, not at all if that's not what feels right for you. I believe in gentle, responsive methods that honor your baby’s needs and your parenting style. We work together to create a plan that feels supportive, loving, and sustainable for your whole family
How long does it usually take to see results?
Every baby is different, but most families start to see real progress within 1 to 2 weeks. My goal is to guide you with patience and encouragement, adjusting the plan as we go so that you and your little one feel more rested and connected.

I offer a sliding scale for families who may need a little extra flexibility with pricing. Everyone deserves support during these tender seasons, and I’m happy to work together to find something that feels manageable for you. 🌿
