About me

I am a Maternal and Child Health professional specializing in prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum (fourth trimester) care, with a strong focus on supporting mothers and strengthening the entire family unit during the transition to parenthood. I provide non-medical, evidence-based emotional, physical, and educational support to families, helping them navigate the early postpartum period with confidence. My work includes prenatal and perinatal education, newborn care guidance, lactation support, and postpartum recovery assistance, along with light household organization to create a calm, supportive home environment. Using a mom-centered, family-inclusive approach, I equip partners and family members with practical skills to actively support both mother and baby. I am passionate about helping families not just adjust—but thrive—by mastering the fourth trimester through informed care, reduced stress, and improved mental health outcomes.
