Hi! I’m Kiana, a Certified Postpartum Doula and the owner of Chosen Doula Services. I’m passionate about helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for during the postpartum period. I provide nurturing, judgment-free support with newborn care, feeding, recovery, rest, and adjusting to life with a new baby. My goal is to meet each family where they are and make those early weeks feel a little lighter.

Postpartum Doula services

I offer personalized postpartum doula support designed to help families feel cared for, confident, and supported during the transition home with a new baby. My services include newborn care, feeding support, soothing techniques, diapering, bottle preparation, light baby-related household tasks, and guidance with establishing routines that work for your family. I also provide daytime and overnight support, giving parents the opportunity to rest and recover while knowing their baby is in attentive, nurturing hands. Every family’s needs are different, so my care is flexible, judgment-free, and tailored to what will make the postpartum period feel more manageable.
