Once I experienced breastfeeding my four children, I found that each breastfeeding journey was much different. I found that breastfeeding is not just about the benefits and nourishment for the baby, but the empowerment I felt made me more determined to help other moms achieve that same feeling. I have great experience with pregnancy, with myself having naturally birthed my first three children (two of which are twins) and my last baby which I birthed prematurely via c-section.
