Includes 2 prenatal visits, birth planning, labor & delivery support + 1hr postpartum visit, unlimited text support (up to 4wks pp) , on call at 37 wks | 1 postparum visit (3hrs) , monthly check-in , & postpartum care kit.

Ultimate Birth

Includes 2 prenatal visits, birth planning, labor & delivery support + 1hr postpartum visit, unlimited text support (up to 6wks pp) , on call at 37 wks | 2 Postpartum visits (2hr increments), monthly check-ins, & postparum care kit.

Labor & Delivery

Includes labor & delivery support + 1hr postpartum visit, unlimited text support (up to 2wks pp), on call at 37-42 wks

Empowering Families, From Conception to Parenthood As a dedicated birth and postpartum doula, I offer compassionate support and guidance for individuals and families in KY. My services include: - Birth Doula Support: In-person emotional and physical support during labor and birth - Postpartum Support: In-person and virtual care for new parents, including breastfeeding guidance, nutrition advice, and child education - Pre-Conception and Prenatal Support: Virtual guidance and resources for individuals and couples preparing for pregnancy - Virtual Support: Remote consultations and support for those who prefer or require virtual care Travel available for in-person services (additional fee applies).
