Searching for a specific midwife, as a Woman of The Nile, to assist Me in My Pregnancy, Delivery and Beyond, if need be. Interested in Water Birth, Attentive and Culturally Competent Care, over all Guidance and Support. Current insurance is Sunflower Health This would be my initial meeting and Consult.

I would like a home birth. I don’t really have an estimate looking for something that can be covered by insurance. I would like to be able to give birth in a birthing pool at home, with my family around.

This is my first pregnancy, and I am looking for a home birth. I want the whole experience, prenatal and birth, to be as natural as possible. I will go to a hospital if necessary; however, if that happens, I would like the midwife to be there with me and never let the baby be alone with the doctors. I am not sure if this matters, but I am not planning on vaccinating the baby. My husband and I can't spend more than 5,500 and we would need to be on a payment plan. I have been doing research on water births, and I would potentially want that!

Planning on delivering in a birthing center. I’m wanting to find a provider that is covered by my insurance because my insurance should cover all of the cost. I have TRICARE prime and I’m currently in contact with my doctor on getting a referral so I can see my options. Im wanting a natural birth with no interventions. This will be my second birth/pregnancy and with my first I didn’t know a lot and ended up getting an epidural and was given Pitocin and had a second degree tear, all im wanting to avoid this time. With my first I did have a girl and I am having a boy this time and we are currently discussing what we want to do for circumcision.
