Service introduction

Each pregnancy and breastfeeding experience is unique and so should your care. My signature package includes modules for nutrition and breastfeeding during pregnancy, 1 on 1 support when baby is here provided by myself and then community support as well. This system is designed to give you the tools to feel confident and set you up for success. There are 1 on 1 services offered outside the program provided on a inquired basis. Feel free to reach out if you’re pregnant or postpartum and would like nutrition coaching. Insurance is changing, please feel free to reach out and see if you might be covered.
