A wife, mother of two, and proud Houstonian. Giving birth to my first child was a transformative experience. I quickly realized how much I didn't know about breastfeeding and the numerous options available to me during birth. This lack of knowledge was overwhelming, and I couldn't help but think about other first-time moms who might be feeling the same way. That moment sparked a deep desire within me to do more— to guide and support other women as they transition into motherhood. Driven by this passion, I became a life coach for mothers, helping them navigate the beautiful yet challenging transition into motherhood. But as my passion for maternal support grew, I felt motivated to do even more. After much reflection, I decided to pursue a career as a doula.

I have been a birth worker for 8 years and have 15 years of infant care experience as a professional nanny, postpartum doula, and educator. I am a mom of 4 crazy lovable kiddos (2015, 2017, 2021, and 2023) and I have personally experienced hospital birth and out of hospital birth. It was the care of 2 volunteer doulas during my first birth who helped drive my desire to become a birth worker. I am passionate about education as an incredible tool to build confidence and help birth outcomes. I believe everyone should have access to the highest level of education and care during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This is driven by my belief that every person is born with inherent dignity, value, and worth and that women’s bodies are strong and beautifully made to birth their baby.
