I am in Akron, OH and in need of Doula here. Preferably someone around my age range and holistic. I am going to need help taking care of my 2 other children and putting them back on sleep schedule. I have a disability and it is very difficult for me. Please be understanding that I cannot put them in daycares. I plan on giving birth at Summa Health in akron.

I will be delivering at Summa Hospital and plan to have an unmedicated/low intervention birth. While laboring, my wishes are for a relaxed, quiet environment with the hopes of a doula to coach me through the labor pains.

I want to be able to have a natural birth this time ! My first child I had an emergency c-section that they had to put me to sleep for . I just want things to be very different this time. My fiancée and I is looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and shares the same faith as us we are believers of Jesus Christ and would prefer someone who believes the same

I’m hoping to find someone who can provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support as I adjust to motherhood and recover after birth. I’m especially interested in help with newborn care, breastfeeding/feeding support, soothing and settling the baby, light postpartum household support, and emotional reassurance during those first weeks. I would also appreciate someone who can help me feel confident caring for my baby rather than making me feel judged or overwhelmed. Having someone who is patient, warm, respectful of my boundaries, and comfortable working with my support system is very important to me. Birth plan is hopefully unmedicated, natural birth. I am having twins and already am hearing from doctors and family members that "It's too much, just do a C-section" I don't want to have a C-section and I want to avoid an epidural if possible. I don't have really much in the list category yet but that's my main goal. And hopefully minimal tearing if there's tricks to prevent that. No routine episiotomy. Not sure on a budget, not sure how much a doula or a midwife would cost. I plan to give birth at Akron General, but nothing set in stone.

I just want to be home, in my own environment to be able to give birth to my baby. I am a nurse but I am not well versed in the complications that can come with pregnancy and delivery. I am looking for a TRICARE-approved labor doula, potentially also postpartum. I am 35yo and this is my first pregnancy. I plan to give birth at a hospital in the Akron, OH area (Summa). I would like to have a vaginal birth but have vaginismus and am concerned I will be pushed to have a c-section or to allow instruments early in the delivery process. My husband's career has him traveling about 5/7 days per week and he may not be present for the delivery, though he will be trying his absolute hardest to be there. This is my first baby, and I am looking for a compassionate, supportive birth doula who can provide emotional and physical support during labor and help me advocate for myself if needed. I am also looking for postpartum support as I adjust to caring for a newborn. I will have family nearby, but I expect to need additional guidance and reassurance, especially during the first few weeks after birth. I would appreciate someone who has experience with first-time mothers, newborn care, breastfeeding or formula feeding support, newborn soothing techniques, and maternal recovery. My budget is flexible depending on the services offered, and I would love to discuss different package options. I am looking for someone who is kind, nonjudgmental, and experienced in supporting mothers through both birth and the postpartum period.
