Hi! I’m Lauran Lessard! Christian birth doula and birth photographer in Post Falls, Idaho. Supporting home and birth center births in Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, and North Idaho with faith-based care and storytelling. My journey and passion for birth began with my own experience. During my pregnancy as a first time mom, I wanted to learn everything I could to prepare for an unmedicated birth. I did much research and preparation! I ended up having a surprise home birth, where my husband ended up delivering our baby girl! This sparked desire to come alongside fellow mothers, offering guidance and support every step of the way. My desire is for you to walk away from your birth, with peace and confidence, knowing you are fully equipped for this next season of motherhood.

Doula + Birth Photography Services

Support throughout pregnancy, Labor & Birth, and postpartum. My services include 2-3 prenatal appointments, unlimited communication throughout your entire pregnancy via text and phone. I can answer questions, share, evidence, base resources, and support you and your pregnancy needs. 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks until birth. I will provide continuous support and labor from the moment you asked me to join you up to two hours postpartum. 1 postpartum visit and unlimited text support up to 6 weeks postpartum. I’ll listen intently to your birth desires, advocating for them, and providing evidence-based information to guide your decisions throughout your pregnancy and birthing space.
