About me

Hi, I’m Lauren Garcia, an IBCLC and Craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT) provider, and I’m honored to support families through one of the most meaningful and sometimes challenging journeys of parenthood. At Milk Maven AZ, I believe every feeding journey is unique. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, navigating painful latch, low milk supply, bottle refusal, tongue tie concerns, pumping, or simply looking for reassurance, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your family’s needs. I provide expert lactation support and offer gentle Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) if needed to assess the whole feeding relationship. By addressing both feeding mechanics and body tension, I help babies feed more comfortably and help parents feel more confident and supported. I know firsthand that feeding challenges can feel overwhelming. You deserve care that is unhurried, judgment-free, and centered around your goals. Every visit is designed to answer your questions, create a personalized plan, and leave you feeling empowered not alone. I would be honored to walk alongside your family and help you reach your feeding goals with confidence. I look forward to meeting you and your little one.
