Laurice was a wonderful addition to my birth team. We decided on a hospital low-intervention birth and Laurice helped us every step of the way! Pre-labor, she helped answer all our questions and provided us with wonderful resources. She helped us put all our ideas about the birth into a concrete plan so we could share it with the medical team. During our labor she created the exact environment that helped me stay focused and relaxed during the hard parts of my labor. Laurice and my husband applied everything we had practiced at our home meetings before the big day from squeezes in the right places to phrases that kept me motivated. After our labor, we got to see the beautiful pictures she had taken, and I'm so thankful she documented the beautiful bonding moments. I rave to all my friends about Laurice and how she reassured me every step of the way. If you are looking to have a wonderful birth experience, Laurice will be the best addition!

My overall experience with her was beyond amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel truly heard, seen, and supported. She has such a calm and reassuring presence that gave me confidence through every step of my journey. On the rare occasions when she wasn’t able to answer right away, I’ll admit I felt a little defeated in the moment, but she never left me hanging she always made it a priority to call back or respond as soon as she could.
