She is in the final stages of completing her formal certifications for both. Izabel made her way into birth work in 2021 due to a strong desire to be with families at a monumental time and in 2024 added her transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) certifications to better support birthing parents who want more options around pain management. Supporting you and your family through something as special as birth makes her heart sing. She looks forward to supporting your family’s journey through pregnancy and throughout the postpartum period of time. In her free time she loves to hike and go white water kayaking and is an avid reader. Hello, I’m a new Wisconsinite but I’ve always been passionate about mommas and babies. I was called the “baby whisperer” many times when I babysat or worked in the nursery at my local church. I find joy in serving families, building friendships, and learning more and more how special it is bringing a new little into this world. I am not a mother yet, but I’ve had the privilege to serve some already and it gives me a great sense of accomplishment and builds my desire for myself and my husband to build our family. I eagerly look forward to meeting families and being allowed the privilege to support them in this beautiful, sacred birth of life.

Welcome! My name is Abigail, and I am an (AWWS) certified birth doula and the heart and hands behind Providence Doula Services, LLC. Though the official launch of Providence Doula Services is fairly recent, my love for birth work and babies is not!
