About me

Welcome to Yes Doula — A Pleasure-Centered Approach to Birth My name is Letisha McFarlane Hadley, and I am a Certified Orgasmic Birth Doula and the founder of YesDoula.Life, a New Jersey-based TeleHealth doula service dedicated to supporting mothers-to-be around the world. My journey into birth work began at age 21, when I supported my mother through her pregnancy and cesarean birth. Years later, I was honored to support my sister through the births of my nieces. These experiences—alongside my own three empowering and pleasurable births—ignited a deep calling to serve others through the transformative power of birth. Through the Orgasmic Birth Practitioner Program, my perspective shifted profoundly. I came to understand how deeply connected birth is to sensuality, love, and pleasure. Inspired by Debra Pascali-Bonaro’s film Orgasmic Birth: The Best Kept Secret, I embraced a new path: one that reframes birth not as a moment to fear, but as a sacred, embodied experience full of power and joy. At Yes Doula, I offer both virtual and limited in-person services for mothers-to-be seeking epidural-free births, VBACs, or simply a more connected, conscious approach to labor. I work closely with clients—and their partners—to create pleasure-centered birth plans that elevate confidence, reduce anxiety, and honor the wisdom of the body. As a wife of over 10 years and a mother myself, I believe that partners deserve to be just as informed, empowered, and involved as birthing women. Guided by the principles of Pleasure, Experience, Trust, Support, and Knowledge, I am here to help you envision and achieve the birth you truly desire. Yes Doula offers personalized virtual doula sessions designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with pleasure, connection, and confidence.
