Hello! I’m Lily, an Ayurvedic postpartum doula and chef serving families in Sonoma. Since 2017, my full-spectrum doula journey across New York and Los Angeles has focused on the intersection of birth work, reproductive justice, and deep postpartum replenishment. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, my primary offerings center on physical renewal and culinary care. I specialize in custom-cooked, highly digestible postpartum meals that rebuild your strength, paired with curated herbal kits for targeted internal recovery and comforting body therapies. The Fourth Trimester Transition: Holistic Postpartum Support

A gentle, nurturing in-home care plan designed to honor your physical and emotional recovery as you transition into your 'fourth trimester'. This introductory package includes four private 4-hour home visits (16 hours of care total), scheduled flexibly to meet your family's immediate needs. Restorative Bodywork: Gentle Marma therapy treatments using warm organic herbal oils to soothe the nervous system and ease physical fatigue. Physical Healing Support: Traditional belly binding techniques and guidance on nurturing postpartum recovery. Nesting & Comfort: Light tidying and intuitive organization to keep your home environment calm, quiet, and peaceful. Newborn & Parent Care: Attentive newborn care support to safeguard your vital rest windows, alongside a safe, grounding space for emotional processing. Note: Following the completion of this initial transition plan, care can easily be extended on a flexible, custom schedule at my standard rate of $65/hour (subject to calendar availability, with a 4-hour minimum per shift).

What to expect

Holistic In-Home Postpartum Care: I provide deeply nurturing, comprehensive in-home postpartum support designed to honor and accelerate your physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery during the sacred "fourth trimester." My care focuses on mothering the mother. I offer dedicated home visits during the vital first six weeks after birth, typically in restorative four-hour shifts customized from one to three times per week. During our time together, my goal is to support you in feeling deeply rested and emotionally held as you bond with your newborn. Each visit is tailored to your immediate needs and integrates time-honored, traditional healing modalities. My care includes restorative Marma therapy bodywork with warm herbal oils, traditional belly binding, light tidying, and help with organizing your home to welcome the newest addition to your family. I also provide a safe, grounding space for emotional processing, alongside gentle newborn care support so you can sleep with peace of mind. To further customize your healing, you can integrate specialized holistic add-ons into your package. These include Reiki sessions, personalized flower essences, custom-blended herbal baths, organic botanical teas, and dedicated in-home postpartum meal preparation focused on warming, nutrient-dense foods optimal for your recovery.

Absolutely. While this introductory package focuses on foundational recovery, bodywork, and nesting support, you can seamlessly integrate custom add-ons, including in-home nourishment preparation, Marma therapy, personalized flower essences, and botanical baths at our discovery call.

What happens after our initial four visits are complete?

Once our initial transition container is complete, most families choose to extend our time together. Ongoing care can be retained on a flexible, custom schedule at my standard rate of $65/hour, depending on calendar availability and a strict 4-hour minimum per shift.
