Meet Lisa – Birth & Postpartum Doula Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m 32 years old and have been a birth and postpartum doula for three years, with over 12 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. I’m deeply passionate about empowering women, helping them feel confident in their choices, and ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey. I believe every woman deserves compassionate, judgment-free care and the opportunity to feel empowered in her birth experience. My approach is warm, encouraging, and grounded in advocacy. I love bringing calm to uncertain moments, offering reassurance, and reminding mothers just how capable and strong they are. I’m equally passionate about postpartum support and believe mothers deserve just as much care and attention as their newborns. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

1 prenatal prep session and full birth

Birth Preparation & Birth Support This package includes one personalized prenatal preparation session, typically lasting around three hours. Together, we’ll explore what childbirth may look and feel like, answer your questions, ease any anxieties, and help you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally prepared for the journey ahead. During our session, we’ll cover: * Labour positions, stretches, and comfort techniques. * Practical ways your partner can support you throughout labour and birth. * Creating a personalized birth plan that reflects your wishes and preferences. * Preparing for the unexpected and building confidence in your ability to navigate birth. Your package also includes continuous doula support throughout your labour and birth. I’ll be by your side from the beginning of your birth journey through to the arrival of your baby, offering encouragement, reassurance, advocacy, and hands-on support every step of the way

Birth only

This package includes a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation before your birth. We’ll take the time to get to know one another, discuss your pregnancy, go over your birth preferences and plan, and talk through any questions or details that are important to you. I’ll then provide continuous doula support throughout your labour and birth, from the moment you need me until your baby arrives. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, encouraged, and cared for every step of the way.

Prenatal session only

This personalized session is all about helping you feel confident, informed, and prepared for your upcoming birth. We’ll spend time talking through what childbirth may look like, answering your questions, exploring any fears or anxieties, and discussing how your partner can best support you throughout labour. Together, we’ll also create a personalized birth plan that reflects your wishes and preferences, explore different labour positions, and practice helpful stretches and comfort techniques. Sessions are approximately three hours long, giving us plenty of time to connect, prepare, and make sure you feel ready for the journey ahead.

$300 CAD · Flat rate

What to expect

I offered three different packages, so please look over each one. I am also happy to chat about adapting a package for your personal needs and answering any questions you may have.. Being a Doula I fully understand that a lot of people are in a great financial place, so please reach out and I'm happy to make some wiggle room. I would never want my clients to feel. They don't have an option to have birth support because finances are in the way. ❤️
