Hi! My name is Malika Armbrister. I am a Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience, and co-founder of Osainista Healing Center, a family-rooted wellness practice I built alongside my son. Guided by a deep spirit of care and ancestral wisdom, I support women as they transition through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I understand firsthand how important it is to have grounded, intentional support during this time—not just for the mother, but for the overall health and flow of the family. At Osainista Healing Center, we offer support that nurtures both body and spirit, helping to restore balance and strengthen the foundation of maternal and family wellness.
