Hello everyone, I’m Mariah Crates and I am a Birth Doula located in Findlay Ohio. I believe I’m giving you a voice during labor and delivery. And advocating for you when your voice fails. Birth can be calm and empowering in the right environment. Working with me I will provide you with facts so you can make informed decisions in how you wish to labor and deliver your baby. Service introduction

I provide two to three prenatal meetings where we can plan and discuss your birth plan. I can give you exercises to prepare your pelvic floor for labor and others referrals which could benefit you and baby. I will be on call to you three weeks before your due date and until there is a baby. I do one postpartum visit two to three weeks after baby is born to check in and see how things are doing.
