About me

I am the mother of a son and a tender of community, gardens, and dogs in Rockaway Beach. It is my honor and privilege to walk beside mothers and families as they move through the rite of passage that is welcoming a new child into the world. I believe that this is a life-changing transition, and I respect both how difficult and how awe-inspiring it can be. I am here to help you find solid ground through practical support and compassionate connection, and to help you find your voice, tend to your body, and connect with your child through your innate love. I believe in you.

Tender Coast offers compassionate, evidence-informed birth and postpartum doula support for families throughout Tillamook County. I'm a full spectrum doula who has the honor of accompanying families throughout pregnancy and birth, with an emphasis on a supported postpartum experience. Services include prenatal and postpartum planning, birth preparation, hands-on labor support, postpartum support, babywearing education, and circles and workshops for new parents, with a focus on helping mothers feel supported and understood. My approach is grounded in truly informed choice, practical support, and respect for each family's values, needs, and intuition. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where parents can feel supported, build confidence, and find their own path through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
