What to expect

As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks of parenthood. My services include in-person birth support, postpartum care, and newborn care to help ease your transition into parenthood. I offer evidence-based education to help you feel informed and confident, as well as gentle guidance with lactation and feeding. I’m also here to assist with nursery preparation and creating a calm, functional space for your baby. Whether you need hands-on help or emotional support, I’m dedicated to meeting your family’s unique needs with care and compassion.

I can't recommend Meaghan enough! From the very beginning, she always had the answers I was looking for and made me feel informed and confident every step of the way. No matter what questions I had or what decisions I needed to make, she supported me without judgment and helped me feel empowered to choose what was best for myself and my boys. Her knowledge, compassion, and constant encouragement made such a difference throughout my pregnancies, birth experiences and postpartum, especially with navigating two children.
