Hello, my name is Bashy, and I am a passionate and certified doula dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. My role as a doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to each client's unique needs. I am trained in techniques that promote comfort during labor, such as breathing exercises, positioning, and massage, and I strive to create a calm and empowering environment for birthing individuals. Beyond labor support, I offer guidance during the prenatal phase, helping families prepare for the birthing experience and navigate any concerns. In the postpartum period, I assist with recovery, breastfeeding, and adjusting to life with a newborn. What inspires me most about being a doula is the privilege of witnessing the strength and resilience of birthing individuals while contributing to their positive birth experiences. I am certified doula through DONA International and am very passionate about the birthing process, supporting women through their births, and helping them advocate during this special time.
